ビニブラン®取扱上の注意事項Cautions for Using VINYBLAN® Adhesives① ビニブランの貯蔵は高温低温を避けて下さい。望ましくは5℃～35℃で貯蔵し、特に0℃以下は避けて下さい。凍結すると凝固物生成の原因となります。② 温度の急激な変化がある場所での貯蔵は避けて下さい。戸外、特に直接日光の当る場所には貯蔵しないようにして下さい。③ 必要以外、ビニブランの貯蔵容器は密封して下さい。外気にビニブランが触れる状態で放置するとクリーミング、造膜、凝固物生成の原因となります。④ 貯蔵容器はステンレス製、グラスライニング製、耐酸性塗料でライニングしたものが適当です。鉄製容器は錆を発生してビニブランの性質に悪影響を与えます。⑤ グレードによっては分離、クリーミング等不均一化する場合がありますが、よくかきまぜてご使用いただければ問題はありません。① Please avoid storing VINYBLAN in an extremely hot or cold environment, especially below 0 degrees Celsius. Curdling will occur if frozen.A temperature range of 5 to 35 degrees Celsius is desirable.② Avoid storing in areas where the temperature fluctuates drastically. Do not store outdoors, particularly in direct sunlight.③ Seal the VINYBLAN container tightly when not in use. Over-exposure to fresh air may cause creaming, film-forming or curdling.④ A stainless steel container or a glass-lined tank, or a tank lined with acid-proof paint is recommended. A steel container will corrode and ruins the property of VINYBLAN.⑤ Some types of VINYBLAN may exhibit disproportionation such as separation or creaming.
